Come and Meditate! January 1st, 2nd & 3rd, 10 am until 10.45 am.
Start the New Year in peace and harmony. Whether you’re new to meditation or an old hand, these guided sessions are for everyone.
An experienced meditation instructor will hold these practices for three mornings.
Come for one, two or all three. You are welcome to share in a tea or coffee after if you’d like.
Suggested donation at the door: $10 for workers or $5 for concession per session. Members free.
