About Beth Buchannan
Beth began studying and practising Buddhism in her twenties and is so grateful for the sanity and self-compassion it has brought to her personal and professional life. The Buddhist teachings have also given Beth confidence in being courageous and gentle when connecting with others in her practice as a social worker, and has provided a profound framework of meaning to reference and take refuge in. Beth lives in Melbourne with her three sons and two cats and has worked as a social worker in mental health and family violence.
