Calming the Mind and Overcoming Anxiety

These Saturday morning sessions offer an introduction to meditation and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers of our age.
Fear and anxiety disempower us. In this session we’ll present a short teaching by Sogyal Rinpoche that will help us look into the underlying source of our fears so that we can find a firm basis for confidence and contentment.
Feel free to come along to any session that suits you. No need to register, just drop in.
Fee: Standard $15, Concession/Student $10
