How to Survive Your Mind – mindfulness, awareness and compassion practices for yourself in everyday life.

A monthly program on the first Saturday of the month that introduces you to meditation and discusses a topic of general interest.

This month’s topic is What’s wrong with Anger?
Isn’t anger just a healthy human emotion? Find out what Buddhism says about the bigger picture and how to deal with anger in a way that doesn’t increase suffering for ourselves and others.

Feel free to come along to any session that suit you. No need to register, just drop in.

Fee: Standard $15, Concession/Student $10
