How to Survive Your Mind – mindfulness, awareness and compassion practices for yourself in everyday life.
A monthly program on the first Saturday of the month that introduces you to meditation and discusses a topic of general interest.
This month’s topic is Letting go of past regrets and Facing the fullness of our Experience
Feel free to come along to any session that suit you. No need to register, just drop in.
Fee: Standard $15, Concession/Student $10
We do not have credit card facilities, please bring cash.
