Suitable for people of any religion or none\, the course encourages you to experiment with applying the Buddhist teachings in your daily life.\nThis module explores the Buddhist reasoning for the acceptance of rebirth and reincarnation. We will use the Buddha’s Four Noble Truths as a framework to help us take stock of our lives\, inspire a shift in the way we see ourselves and the way we relate to the world around us. Lastly\, the module investigates Karma. Karma is often misunderstood in as fate or pre-destination.
